Greetings Link Sisters,
 
I am honored yet humbled by the opportunity to serve as President of The Spartanburg (SC) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated .  Organized on September 27, 1975, this great organization seeks to promote programming which positively impacts our community.  We have been virtual and apart for two and a half years.  However, during that time we have worked and focused our efforts on finding innovative ways to fulfill our mission of service.  Now, we are reminded by our National President, Link Ethel Isaacs Williams, to embrace our collective focus on our stated core mission: "Friends Transforming Communities through Service!” Understanding that God cares for people through people, this administration has embraced the vision of our beloved Southern Area, Collective Excellence: Elevating Our Friendship; Enriching Our Service. Therefore, we have chosen to travel the path of excellence in service and compassion in friendship. We must be intentional about caring for each other, caring for ourselves, and caring for others.
