The Arts

This program was launched around the theme of "Freedom and the Fine Arts" during the tenure of the 4th National President Vivian Beamon.  The objective of the program facet has historically been to encourage appreciation of and support for cultural enrichment and the arts.  Also, to empower artists to become an integral part of the global art community.  The Links, Incorporated is particularly interested in assisting youth to develop and display their artistic talents.
